Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for low-latency inference in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing software ecosystems.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for the AI infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
