Responsibilities
- Design and implement auditable AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits on machine learning models using adversarial testing
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Author policy white papers for international tech summits
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and translate into corporate guidelines
- Interface with regulatory bodies on AI governance standards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics oversight
- Expertise in bias mitigation algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with adversarial ML testing and model explainability
- Strong background in policy analysis and stakeholder communication
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
