- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps for the next three years.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for future technological disruptions.
- Lead mentorship programs for junior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all systems comply with current and future regulatory frameworks and security protocols.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and software development.
- Proven experience leading technical teams in high-velocity environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning models and their integration into operational workflows.
- Familiarity with futuristic tech stacks, including Web3 or advanced IoT protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
