Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year vision for the integration of AI and automation into our core business functions.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technological trends, particularly in Generative AI and Human-Computer Interaction, to identify actionable opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and IT directors to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Change Management: Design frameworks for organizational transformation that facilitate seamless adoption of new digital tools and workflows.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the testing and deployment of pilot programs for emerging technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Policy Development: Establish ethical guidelines and governance models for AI usage within the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
