- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental initiatives
- Co-author white papers on future workforce automation impacts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Deep expertise in climate tech and circular economy models
