Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- AI Strategy: Collaborate with R&D teams to define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through the year 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, implementing advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization strategies (Kubernetes/Docker) to ensure high availability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for deep learning and software engineering.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- System Design: Proven ability to design scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
