Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage facilities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
