Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotations
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Assist with unloading trucks and receiving merchandise
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix location
- Flexible schedule including weekends (if required)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork focus
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid ID and ability to pass background check
