Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Pick and pack orders with precision using handheld scanning technology
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
