Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trailers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accurate stock counts using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to strict quality standards and safety protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications

- Reliability: Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
