Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and quality control checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone from day one!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Gateway location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
