Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Scan inventory and maintain accurate warehouse management system records
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for retail fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment after OSHA-certified training
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
