Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications in a timely manner
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist in maintaining clean and efficient work areas
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
