Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough research to identify high-value keywords and search trends relevant to our client’s industry.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings.
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing SEO-friendly content strategies in collaboration with the content team.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console; generate weekly reports.
- Link Building: Assist in outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant websites.
- Technical Audits: Perform basic technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors and site issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior SEO experience required; we are looking for raw talent and a strong desire to learn.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Analytics is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
