Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets via email and phone with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system improvements and implement patches.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Fort Worth area.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
