Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with account access, password resets, and system navigation.
- Perform hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to management.
Qualifications
