Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist with network security protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and projects
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+)
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for equipment handling
