Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage active directory accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to enterprise clients
- Monitor network performance and implement security best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours (including occasional weekends)
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
