Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of IT tickets and service requests using our ticketing system.
- Conduct regular software updates and security patches on company devices.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
- Respond to help desk inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn new technologies quickly.
