Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and network devices
- Document technical issues and resolutions using IT service management tools
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including patch management and access control
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Conduct user training on new technology implementations
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
