Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 100+ endpoints
- Implement security patches and system updates across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud infrastructure projects
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Linux command line
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
- Valid Oregon driver's license for occasional client site visits
