Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document and resolve IT service tickets using Jira and ServiceNow
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Train employees on new technology implementations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for deployments
