Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network and security initiatives
- Assist with asset management and inventory tracking
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Adhere to IT security policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
