Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Conduct user training on cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Assist with data backup and recovery procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
