Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical challenges
- Provide cybersecurity awareness training to end-users
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week per month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
