Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and network equipment
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security and system updates
- Deliver user training on productivity software and best practices
- Assist with cloud service implementations (Azure/GCP)
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, CompTIA) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with logical problem-solving approach
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various office environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
