Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical tickets.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential outages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and server room.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
