Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct product training sessions to help clients maximize the value of our services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs.
- Track client interactions and update our CRM database accurately.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy sessions.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
