Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and general troubleshooting.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
