Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and service solutions.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot complex client issues.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
