Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communication channels to resolve client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Update and maintain accurate client data within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions for complex client issues.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to enhance client value.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss performance metrics and strategy.
Qualifications
