Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Input and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM and database systems.
- Identify opportunities to assist customers with products and services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and meet daily performance goals.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
