Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining department standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
