Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and diplomacy.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and customers.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service quality and response times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
