Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy in logistics and shipping details.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to resolve any shipping discrepancies.
