Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries and provide product information.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate web-based applications.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach location.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
