Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Support team members with document preparation, data entry, and filing systems
- Assist with client communications via phone and email in a professional manner
- Coordinate office logistics including meeting arrangements and supply management
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by department leads
- Maintain accurate databases and update company records regularly
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of professional or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
