Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Assess current infrastructure and identify critical gaps in AI integration, cloud scalability, and cybersecurity readiness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and deploy cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready databases).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs for digital transformation and track progress against the 2026 vision.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, ensuring technical debt is managed while pursuing aggressive growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical visions to non-technical executive leadership.
- Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, or AI Strategy) are highly preferred.
