Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of C-suite strategic planning
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2020s global tech policy landscape
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
