Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven exponential technology exposure
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling
- Global speaking engagements at Davos, Web Summit, or similar forums
- Portfolio of implemented tech foresight projects with measurable ROI
