Responsibilities
- Provide rapid assessment and intervention for trauma and critical care patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision in high-pressure situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Educate patients and families on emergency care protocols
- Participate in trauma resuscitations and code blue activations
- Maintain strict infection control protocols in the ER environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada or compact state
- Minimum 2 years ER or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Strong ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
