Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to emergency patients in trauma situations
- Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license (or compact license)
- Minimum 2 years ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
