Responsibilities
- Triage and assess patients in high-pressure emergency situations
- Administer critical care interventions including medication administration and IV therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient records accurately using Epic EMR system
- Provide trauma care following ATLS protocols
- Supervise LVNs and medical assistants during shift
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years ED experience in Level I/II trauma center
- Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 5+ years ED experience considered)
- Proficiency in Epic EMR documentation
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
