Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning emerging tech trends with corporate strategic objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for high-level R&D and future-tech roles, ensuring access to top-tier visionary talent.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) into existing infrastructure.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and executive teams to drive innovation initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the industry curve.
- Oversee the budget allocation for long-term R&D projects and future infrastructure development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or executive recruiting within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and setting long-term technical visions.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Strong network in the technical community with experience attracting and retaining C-suite and senior engineering talent.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
