Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in biotech convergence technologies (neural interfaces, genetic AI)
- Executive-level strategic planning and stakeholder management
- Published research in IEEE Nature journals or equivalent tier
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC)
