Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap targeting key milestones for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and scenario planning to predict technological disruptions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business goals.
- Lead innovation labs and pilot programs for experimental technologies.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets or partnerships to accelerate technological capabilities.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading organizational digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast long-term technological impacts.
- Experience in AI, Blockchain, or Sustainable Tech is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
