Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with long-term business goals and market trends.
- Research and evaluate emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for next-generation web and mobile architectures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to drive research.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance team of strategists and product engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape anticipated for 2026.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy.
- Experience leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
