Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure designed for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for AI products, focusing on ethical AI and bias mitigation.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI projects from concept to production deployment.
