Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Analyze market data and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for disruption and growth, ensuring the company is prepared for the digital landscape of 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable, executable plans.
- Innovation Incubation: Establish and manage innovation labs or pilot programs to test and validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential technological risks and regulatory challenges related to future tech stacks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, including AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving organizational change.
