Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced IoT) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate concepts for future product lines.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the competitive landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure technology investments yield maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain a network of industry thought leaders and technology partners to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure our roadmap remains flexible and responsive to change.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a major enterprise.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex long-term strategic initiatives.
- Proven expertise in analyzing market trends and forecasting technological shifts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical field is highly preferred.
- Experience managing budgets for R&D and strategic innovation projects.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
